What is it?
Join the circle for a Women’s Day Retreat to ground yourself in personal reflection through various mediums.
We have combined many of our favorite practices and facilitators in one invigorating day of sisterhood. We hope you join us for a day retreat to nurture your soul through various mediums. In one day we will create artistic expression with SoulCollage®, move our bodies with yoga, journal and connect and then integrate all we have turned with a sound bath. We hope you will allow yourself to feel the tranquility of this energetic day to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and rejuvenate you.

Morning Offerings:
SoulCollage®
Join Missy Isely-Poltrock for SoulCollage®.
SoulCollage® is the story of YOU. Let your inner self be heard during this time of intuition, imagination and images that is SoulCollage®. Anyone can do it! Join us for a day of really listening to ourselves and each other as we make SoulCollage® cards and celebrate the things that we’re grateful for. And angels!
SoulCollage® offers many take aways. It’s introspective. It can help shine a flashlight on and unwind a lot of what we usually keep stuffed down. It’s a blessing to gather with like hearts in a kind place. It honors our whole selves. It’s a chance to slow down and create cards about you. Your soul is waiting!
Yoga
Join Peace Tree Yoga for Vinyasa Style Yoga.
Our Mixed Flow classes offer options for everyone! The Mixed Flow class is a vinyasa style practice that prepares the body with a gentle flowing warm up, works into poses that we hold to build strength, includes a balancing posture, and moves into deeper floor stretches at the end of class. This is our most popular class, that gives you many choices in most postures, versus practicing with a one-size fits all approach. This class is ideal for anyone that is comfortable moving down to the floor, and back up to standing, several times throughout the one hour practice. It is the perfect combination of effort and surrender.
Afternoon Offerings:
Women’s Circle
Join Holly Morgan for our Goddess Moon Women’s Circle.
During this time you can expect: A Sensuous Sacred Space held by a trained WWP Facilitator with Guided Meditation, Sharing, Intention Setting Ritual.
These circles are not associated with a singular path or religion, but rather, an inclusive coming together with women from all paths. We all come from different spiritual/cultural backgrounds and gather around the ideas of: Sisterhood (having each others backs, empowering one another), a respect for the earth (wildness, turning to nature as a teacher) & co-creation (the understanding that just as we co-create our experience in circle, so do we co-create life on earth). We also tend to be a heart-centered bunch, lots of laughter & tears.
Sound Bath
Join Kimberly Lempart for a Soothing Sound Bath.
Allow yourself to sink into this immersive, full-body mystical experience that uses sound to invite powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture mind, body and soul. Simply sit or lie down with mats, blankets, and pillows and get comfy. After a few minutes of guided breathwork, the remainder of the session is filled with wonderous sounds and frequencies created by a variety of instruments including a Paiste Chiron gong, Chau gong, quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, drums, chimes and more! These healing instruments will promote deep relaxation, move energy, reduce stress, and rejuvenate you.

At the ever growing Kenosha Art Market in Kenosha WI or leading SoulCollage® classes at the Enlightened Living Center (Burlington), Missy is happy to be a part of the vibrant local art community.
