Thai Massage
This is a traditional therapy combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures (hence sometimes referred to as lazy man’s yoga). A Thai massage session is a nurturing and therapeutic session based on gentle stretches, rhythmic palming, acupressure, and subtle twisting that moves lymph and stimulates specific marma or acupressure points. In this type of massage, the client is fully clothed, lying on a traditional Thai yoga mat on the floor.
