Presenters set their own pricing. (ELC community is accustomed to approximately $20-$25 per hour)

Options For Hosting

Space Rental

  • The presenter brings in and accepts all money for the event to cover costs.
  • 1.5-hour minimum.
  • Presenters provide their own marketing and coordination of materials. Access is dependent on other events for availability of fifteen 5-foot round tables, 100 white chairs and various other tables in spaces.
  • A poster can be placed on the appropriate cork strip.
  • Hourly rate, depending on space.
    • Sanctuary: $100/hour (two-hour minimum)
    • Gym: $50/hour
    • Jade Room or Rose Quartz: $25/hour

Hosted through ELC

  • 50/50 split between ELC and Presenter.
  • ELC will design the flyer and social media posts for the workshop or event.
  • ELC will market events through social media, Eventbrite, local partnerships, and community. Please also share on your private accounts as sharing and likes gains organic traffic.
  • If workshop requires materials, an additional materials cost can be added to workshop cost. This amount is not included in the 50/50 split.
  • Payment can be received via Eventbrite prior to the workshop. Presenters can access the list of participants through Eventbrite.
  • Participants may pay via cash or check on the day of the workshop. Make checks payable to Enlightened Living Center or ELC. There will be a pouch for payment in the provided space on the day of the event. The Enlightened Living Center will then write you a check for 50% of the total money received for the event.
  • At the end of the event please return the envelope with payment and additional names / emails to the office for payment processing.
