  • Kitchen is a prep kitchen only (no stove or ovens). Strenos and catering trays are strongly recommended for food use.

  • Max Capacity Seated: 130
  • Capacity Standing and Seated: 175
  • Renter is responsible for set-up of space
  • Deposit: 50% of Total Rental AND Security Deposit: $100

All beverages must be hosted and not sold. Renters are allowed to bring in beer, wine, liquor, mimosas, soft drinks. Catering is at your discretion of use but we do have recommended vendors if you are interested.
